Shipping Fee and method |

Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges. All items will ship via Fedex, UPS, or USPS. |

Back order |

In the event of a back order, you will be contacted by Vital staff for information on the status of the back order. |

Special order |

No cancellations on special orders will be permitted once ordered. |

Returns |
|
All sales final; If there is a defect in the purchased item, Vital Touch must be notified within one (1) week following the receipt of the item. Vital Touch staff will then assist you through the process. |

Cancellation |

If an item requires to be cancelled, Vital Touch staff must be notified prior to shipping. No cancellation will be permitted once an item has shipped. |
